Paris Fashion Air Inc. ("we", "us", "our", "PFA") operates the website parisfashionair.com (the "Site") and organizes fashion events, as data controller of the personal data described in this Policy.

Depending on how you interact with us:
3.1 Contact/inquiry form data: name, company, email address, phone number, and your profile (visitor, exhibitor, or other).
3.2 Newsletter data: email address.
3.3 Event participation request data: company, field of activity, name, phone, email, and the event you're interested in.
3.4 Model/casting application data: company, field of activity, name, phone, email, measurements, social media links, and photographs.
3.5 Account data (if you hold one): login credentials, preferences, and your history of event participation.
3.6 Badge/ticket data: first name, last name, email, sector of activity, company, function, main product category, clientele and target market, address, city, country.
3.7 Browsing data: IP address, screen resolution, browser, browsing time, search history, operating system, language, and pages viewed.
3.8 Social network data: generated when you interact with social media features on the Site, governed by that platform's own privacy policy.
3.9 Any other information or message you type into a form.
We do not process payments directly on the Site.

4.1 Directly from you, when you fill in a form (contact, newsletter, event registration, casting application) or email us.

4.4 Our Site is built on Tilda.cc, which hosts our forms; form submissions are stored in Google Sheets managed internally; internal correspondence runs through Microsoft Outlook.
5. Why we process your data (purpose and legal basis)
5.1 Responding to your inquiry via the contact form — legitimate interest / steps taken at your request.
5.2 Sending a newsletter or marketing to non-professional prospects — consent.
5.3 Sending news and commercial information to professional prospects — legitimate interest in promoting our events.
5.4 Managing event registrations, orders, and participation, if you are a customer — performance of a contract (pre-registration, ticketing, or participation terms).
5.5 Assessing casting/model applications and forwarding suitable candidates to interested professionals — your request.
5.6 Transmitting candidate data to the selection committee — your request.
5.7 Creating your account if you are selected — performance of a contract.
5.8 Sending post-event surveys and analyzing results, for continuous improvement of our events — legitimate interest.
5.9 Sending news about events organized by other PFA entities and/or partner services — consent.
5.10 Analyzing your preferences and habits, personalizing your experience on the Site, and producing statistics (e.g. on prospecting campaign effectiveness) — consent, where required.
6. Who your data is shared with
6.1 Internal teams (HR, Communications, Sales, Operations, Partnerships, Finance) and service providers/processors acting on our instructions, with access limited to what each needs to perform its task, under strict security and confidentiality obligations. Our processors include Tilda.cc (site and form hosting), Google (Google Sheets), and Microsoft (Outlook, internal correspondence).
6.2 With your consent where required, entities within the PFA group and partners, so they can send you their own information and news.
6.3 Where legally required, judicial or administrative authorities legally entitled to access it.
7. International data transfers
We favor hosting and processing data within the European Union. Where a service provider processes data outside the EEA (e.g. in the United States), we rely on appropriate safeguards — Standard Contractual Clauses or an applicable adequacy decision — and will provide specific information if such a transfer is considered.
8. How long we keep your data
8.1 We keep data no longer than necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy. Contact form and newsletter data is kept until you withdraw consent by emailing contact@parisfashionair.com, after which we delete it within a reasonable time.
8.2 Data needed as proof of a right or contract, or required by law, is archived per applicable legal retention rules.
8.3 We account for the seasonal nature of our events; retention periods for event, ticketing, and casting data are set according to the type of event and, on request, can be confirmed for a specific event.

9.2 Right of rectification — correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
9.3 Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") — where a legal ground applies (e.g. data no longer needed, consent withdrawn).

9.6 Right to restrict processing — e.g. while you contest the accuracy of your data.

We take appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect your data's security, integrity, and confidentiality, including: contractual security obligations on our service providers and subcontractors; access limited to employees bound by confidentiality who need it to do their job; and storage on servers offering appropriate security guarantees, for the retention periods set out in Section 8.

The Site uses cookies strictly necessary for it to function (including those set by Tilda.cc). We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies/tracking pixels. If this changes, we will update this Policy and request consent where required.
