PALAIS VIVIENNE, PARIS 27 JUN 2026
JING-JIU MENG
A heartwarming moment from Paris Men's Fashion Week: Jingjiu Meng's bedside recording with Qi-Xiu, a high-end fashion designer based in France, in a live interaction that captivated the audience.

On June 27, during the 2026 Paris Men's Fashion Week, Jingjiu Meng's wine-themed show took place as scheduled. The Chinese designer, a graduate of the London College of Fashion (LCF), was unable to attend in person due to illness. A recording of him lying in bed was played at the start of the show, in which he eloquently explained the essence of the collection.
During the show's closing ceremony, Veronika Jeanvie, founder of Paris Fashion Air, joined designer Monzonie on stage. A live video call with Jingjiu Meng was connected in real time, allowing him to interact with the entire audience.

The response was overwhelmingly enthusiastic, with thunderous applause erupting again and again. The audience was at once dazzled by the ingenuity of the designs and deeply moved by the designer's unwavering dedication to his vision despite his illness.
