Hotel Le Marois
A Haussmann-era hôtel particulier on avenue Franklin-D.-Roosevelt, built in 1863 by architect Henri Parent for Count Le Marois, son of one of Napoleon I's generals. Behind its façade lie eight historic salons — gilded boiseries, a majestic Napoléon III staircase, and painted ceilings depicting the Apotheosis of Psyche — blending eighteenth-century French and Second Empire styles with more contemporary lines. It was here, in the heart of the Triangle d'Or, that Paris Fashion Air presented its Fall/Winter 25-26' show.
